Violet has worked in senior living since 2007, with a break for a few years to attend LBCC and OSU to pursue a degree in Business Administration. Violet realized how much she missed working with seniors and went back to senior living as a care partner in 2016. In 2020, she joined Meadowlark and held various positions before becoming the administrator. When Violet, is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband, 3 adult children and her four grandchildren.

Katie Marie has worked for Meadowlark since 2022. Working as an activity and marketing assistant helped her realize how much she enjoyed working with the elderly in a community setting.
In her free time, she enjoys cooking for her family and spending time with her two dogs. She enjoys making the residents smile and looks forward to her future at Meadowlark.

Brylind comes from a family-owned business and has always loved working closely with his community. He's always said he, "Couldn't imagine working anywhere that didn't involve constant interaction with people.
Brylind's outside hobbies include hanging out with his family, shooting, and anything computer related.
Taylor Jones

Taylor is married to her high school sweet heart. She has been in the healthcare industry since 2018 when she got her CNA 1 license. Taylor began working at the Mennonite Home in Albany to save money for school when she realized the passion she had for working with the elderly. Taylor went to nursing school during the beginning and the height of the covid pandemic and got my Nursing license in July of 2021. She began working at a local urgent care to figure out what her next step would be. Our community Wellness Director worked with Taylor at this urgent care and introduced Meadowlark to her which led Taylor to becoming a team member here at Meadowlark Senior Living.
In her spare time, you will find Taylor either home with her husband, 2 dogs and 2 kittens or with her family; who live in Brownsville, where Taylor was born and raised. "I have a passion for helping people and animals alike and my home isn’t home with at least one foster. I love reading, crafting and baking.
Nelida Esparza

Neli embarked on a journey in the field of Criminal Justice and Juvenile Corrections, obtaining a degree. Initially drawn to these fields due to a genuine interest, she discovered her true passion for enriching the lives of the elderly community. With this newfound calling, she is dedicated to bringing empathy and knowledge to her work.
Outside of her profession, Neli enjoys family time with her husband and children, and indulges in self-taught crochet projects. She also runs a small business crafting handmade wax melts and other aromatic products, spreading warmth and comfort to others.
Ryan Himes

Ryan is a Military Veteran (Navy USS Essex) who married his wife in 2015 whom he has known since the 3rd grade. Ryan has four children that he loves to spend time with. Ryan has specialized training in HVAC servicing from Arkansas HVAC School and Portland College. He is very fluent in the building materials and construction field. Ryan’s interests outside of work include hunting and riding ATV’s. He enjoys being apart of the Meadowlark team and is excited to provide his expertise where needed.
